The International Youth Award; A Milestone That Shaped Me
One of the most meaningful chapters in my journey so far was attending the
International Youth Award,
a leadership program that challenged, inspired, and transformed me in ways I never expected.
This wasn’t just any seminar. It was an experience designed to shape future leaders, and it did exactly that. Throughout the program, I dove deep into sessions on leadership, management, communication, and public speaking. I learned not only how to lead others, but how to lead myself, with clarity, courage, and purpose. Every day brought new challenges, new lessons, and new ways of thinking.
But what made it truly unforgettable were the people. I met young, passionate individuals from different backgrounds, all driven by a desire to grow, to connect, and to make a difference. There was something incredibly powerful about being surrounded by people who believed in change and were ready to be that change.
And then, something I’ll never forget, I was chosen, along with two incredible girls, to
deliver the closing speech of the seminar. Standing on stage in front of more than 250 people, I shared not just words, but emotion, pride, and gratitude. It was more than a speech, it was a moment of realization. A reminder of how far I’d come, and a glimpse of the leader I’m becoming.
The International Youth Award wasn’t just a leadership program. It was a milestone. A reminder that I am capable of more than I think, and that leadership starts with presence, empathy, and the courage to step forward, even when your voice shakes.

Well deserved, Rani!
You’re a wonderful person, I’m so glad we met!
